Mitie celebrates sixth year as a certified UK Top Employer

• Mitie has been recognised as a UK Top Employer for the sixth year running
• Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the certification recognises Mitie’s commitment to supporting its colleagues through its HR policies and people practices
• The announcement builds on Mitie’s recent award wins including being named one of the UK’s Top 50 Most Inclusive Employers, receiving a Silver Award from the Inclusive Employers Standard and winning the HR Excellence Award for Best Early Careers Strategy

Mitie has been recognised as a UK Top Employer for the sixth consecutive year, further cementing its dedication to becoming a destination employer.

Certified by the Top Employers Institute, the UK Top Employer accreditation recognises an organisation’s commitment to creating a better world of work through its HR initiatives and practices. Businesses must demonstrate how they are supporting colleagues across 20 areas of HR, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion and wellbeing.
